Responsibilities:
Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions Conducts benefits enrollment for new employees Have knowledge of Short Term Disability, FMLA and Worker's Compensation claims Assists in onboarding; new hire paperwork, documentation, orientation, etc.
Reconciles benefits statements to assure employees are properly insured.
Checks for discrepancies Check and verify employee time cards daily Update HR spreadsheet with current personnel Assist with processing of terminations Assists with HR-related disciplinaries Assists with recruitment and interview process Updating personnel files Files employee paperwork and documents Qualifications and Education Requirements:
High School Diploma The candidate should be extremely time oriented, reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, energetic, and highly organized.
Must be a team player and have outstanding writing, editing, data entry, and proofreading skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects are essential.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
