Plant Manager
Description:
We are looking for a Plant Manager to work in the Rockford, TN area. Position is Monday-Friday some Saturdays as needed. Hours:
7am-3:
30pm most days. Candidate must have a Manufacturing Background with the factory floor experience and good understanding of machining processes. All shift leaders will report directly to the Plant Manager. The ideal candidate should have discipline and be a rigid, results-oriented person. Duties:
Direct and manage plant operations for production, maintenance, quality and shipping.
Coordinate plant activities through planning with departmental managers to insure meeting manufacturing objectives.
Monitor plant performance.
Provide direction, development and leadership to all staff.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
